From June 26 to June 29, 2024, the Armenian Arbitrators Association hosted its annual Arbitration Summer School in Yerevan.
The Armenian Arbitrators Association (AAA) is pleased to announce its participation in the 11th Annual Mock Arbitration organized by the American University of Armenia (AUA) on April 26–27, 2025. The event, hosted by the LL.M. Program and ADR Clinic, brought together students from multiple universities for an intensive two-day simulation of international arbitration proceedings.
The Arbitrators Association of Armenia participated in a discussion organized by the Ministry of High-Tech Industry of Armenia and the Armenian Mediation and Arbitration Center (AMCA). The event focused on the application of arbitration and mediation in the high-tech sector, providing industry professionals with insights into the dispute resolution procedures available at AMCA. The discussion helped clarify how technology companies can utilize arbitration for fast, efficient, and fair resolution of disputes.
